This course serves as an introduction to reading and making music. Topics include pitches, rhythms, scales, intervals, chords, and other music terminology. This course also introduces ear training, performance skills, and critical thinking about music. No prior musical experience is required. This course satisfies General Education requirement "Creative Work".
